We want you to feel confident in every move you make, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn dancewear and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all Pineapple branding tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized collection point or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
